Google I/O 2025 Date And Time, How To Watch Google Event Live Streaming Full Schedule Here
Google I/O, the tech giant’s annual developer conference will be kicking off on May 20 and will go on till May 21. CEO Sundar Pichai, co-founder Demis Hassabis and other executives are expected to make big announcements, with a lot of focus on artificial intelligence.
What to expect from Google I/O 2025?
Google’s Gemini AI models are expected to take the limelight at this year’s developer conference. Like last year, we may see tons of new features and capabilities coming to Gemini, including the much awaited Gemini 2.5 Pro update. Other AI products from Google, like Deepmind’s Project Astra, LearnLM and others are expected to get lots of mentions.
We may also get a sneak peek at the Samsung’s Android XR headset codenamed Project Moohan, which is all set to launch later this year as an Apple Vision Pro alternative. A week before I/O 2025, the company hosted a special “The Android Show” livestream, where it unveiled Android 16, the upcoming version of the world’s most popular mobile operating system.
With Android 16 getting its very own livestream a week before Google I/O, it is likely that Google I/O will focus on AI and other Google products like Gmail, Chrome and Play Store, but it is still unclear if these changes will be discussed as part of the keynote.
How to watch Google I/O 2025 live?
Google I/O 2025 will start at 10 AM PT or 10:30 PM IST. The event will be livestreamed on YouTube from the Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View. You can see the livestream below.
At 1:30 PM PT or 1:30 AM IST, co-founder Demis Hassabis will be speaking with Alex Kantrowitz, the host of the Big Technology podcast, where he is expected to elaborate on the impact of DeepMind’s AI on the world. Google is also expected to host simultaneous livestreams where it will talk about new features coming to Android, Chrome and Google Cloud.
